I’m Back: Why I’m Locking In for the Next 3–6 Months (And How to Join Me)
Hello, Sophie here from Sophie’s Imaginarium.
I’ve been absent for a while to focus on my fiction writing, but honestly, the main reason I stepped away from content creation was the frustrating “hot and cold” results I was experiencing with manifestation. When I tried to debunk it, the law worked exactly as Sammy Ingram said. Other times, when trying to prove it, the exact opposite happened. I know many of you can relate to that loop—especially with Specific People (SPs).
I had to step back and reconcile what actually works versus the trend-hopping garbage being regurgitated by online coaches. Now, I’m back with a strict, do-or-die experiment.
The June Proof & The AI Setup
In mid-June, I designed a strict 7-day test targeting my most difficult area: a romantic SP who is actually a friend I want more with.
To keep things objective, I mapped out my steps alongside an AI assistant, using it as an unbiased sounding board to track my data and strategise. By day 12 of the experiment, I manifested the exact message I wanted from my main SP, plus an out-of-the-blue message from a highly unlikely SP from my historic past.
Because the steps work, I am scaling up. I’m moving from improved contact to constant, everyday contact—the seamless communication of a committed relationship.
The Great Manifesting Lock-In Rules (July to New Year’s)
Instead of coach-hopping, I am committing to one system for the next 3 to 6 months. My protocol adapts Sammy Ingram’s style of rigid, relentless robotic affirming and zero excuses. 3–6 months will pass by anyway, so why not see what happens?
Here are the strict rules of my Lock-In:
- The Media Blackout: I am completely banning all other manifestation coaches and tarot content. Only Sammy Ingram’s videos are allowed; everything else goes straight into a “Watch Later” list.
- The Coffee Ritual: My heavy focused affirming happens during my morning coffee-and-music routine. Robotic affirming during this time actively surfaces my hidden resistance so I can dissolve it.
- The Autopilot Rule: The moment my mind goes on autopilot—doing household chores, walking around, or taking drink breaks—my focus automatically defaults back to my SP affirmations. No exceptions.
- Law of Assumption Tarot: I am phasing out external tarot videos. Instead, I am strictly doing my own reads via the Law of Assumption to create a hyper-specific map of my subconscious mind.
Destroying the “Sacred Cows”
Going all-in on this protocol forces you to destroy the fake rules pushed by internet coaches:
- Self-concept is not the golden key. You don’t need a perfect self-concept to get a text back.
- Affirming all day does not give them the “telepathic ick.” My contact with him improved the more I affirmed. Your SP cannot slip into the control panel of your mind or read your thoughts.
- Everyone Is Your Self Pushed Out (EIYPO) goes both ways. People can manifest us just like we can manifest them. It is far deeper and more nuanced than standard online content suggests.
Test It For Yourself
You can only get proof by doing. During my focused sessions, I fluctuate between inner conversations, daydreams, visualising, and affirming. Find the modality that works for your imagination. Stop taking the word of coaches and go test your own power.
Over To You!
I want to hear from you in the comments. Answer any (or all!) of these three questions:
- Are you ready to lock in with me? What is the one priority goal you are dedicating your focus to over the next few months?
- Which “sacred cow” of the modern manifestation community drives you the most crazy or has given you the most confusing results?
- What does your ideal routine look like? Are you team robotic affirming, team visualisation, or a total mix like me?
See you next time, and until then, stay awesome.
