Sorry, but unlike uninformed and uneducated (in true occult/alchemical and mysteries sciences and arts) law of assumption coaches and content producers say, astrology and other forces in our cosmic and natural world do affect you thus influence your manifesting.
I can’t explain it without spiritual or woo woo vocabulary unless you yourself are somewhat ininitiated into the true and full occult disciplines.
Everything and everyone is yourself pushed out is only part of the full and true equation and principle of the cosmic law. The other half is, the world is you turned inside out. Meaning your organs are arranged and a fractal map of the solar system and the planets in our solar system actually do have independent cause and effects as well as alignment in our organs. The sun affects the heart; Venus affects the sexual impulses, chemicals and cycles in our kidneys; and the moon affects our subconscious and unconscious mind, mainly our moods and women’s monthly cycles. I’m no expert in the biological or neuroscience fields to fully explain it to full justice; but I’ve been in the occult field since 2010-2012 up to now (I was approximately 16-18 and now I’m 31). So, I understand it from that view point.
This is why Magick (magic with a k as in Magick is to identify occult Magick vs Hollywood or stage magic) spells and workings are more than just mere placebos; (I will get into this in another post asap). I.E. a jar spell to improve my sex life and/or romantic options, would work best with red and pink roses, lavender, water and red powdered spices. A red and/or pink candle, erotic music to meditate to and tarot cards related to the topic. This is due to symbols and archetypes corresponding to the subject and elements, the language of the unconscious and subconscious mind. This takes us back to why astrology affects us.
The sun is our ego and conscious self, also its our active focus. So if it passes into Leo in the 9th house (on your natal and transit charts) it will affect you accordingly. Leo is the big lion who likes to have fun and be creative and youthful and centre of attention. The 9th house (ruled by Sagittarius who is ruled by Jupiter) is all about movement, transit or travel but more importantly, its all about higher and spiritual learning like alchemy etc. So for the period the sun is in this transit, you are more likely to be influenced to be more jovial, self centred or self focused and on the boss up game. Also more spiritual self study will be more of a likely top priority as well as creative pursuits.
Venus may be in retrograde in Gemini in your 3rd house, meaning your romantic connections and communication will be more likely to be affected in a more adverse and uphill struggle way. 3rd house is to do with the way and style we communicate and produce content etc, Gemini runs that 3rd house as its ruler and mercury rules Gemini and the 3rd house. So as all 3 aspects rule over communication, technology and our relationship to both elements, as Venus retrogrades through it, your romantic communication via writing, speech and texting etc may be in ghosting mode or glitching more than usual.
I’m not saying these things will definitely affect you or manifest. However if you buy too much into this as gospel, you’ll manifest it as a self fulfilling prophecy. But if you do as most manifesting coaches do in law of assumption, and ignore it and dismiss it all for superstitions that mean nothing, you’re actually more likely to be more subject to the effects rather than avoid the affects/effects. The true way to transcend it all is to do the middle path and zen or nonchalant approach to it. Be aware what’s going on and to keep your eyes open to it, but know that no matter how it plays out, you have authority over your free choice and the life/reality you have control over in mind/body and spirit (your choices, actions and focus).
