Why I don’t resonate with Neville Goddard…

1–2 minutes

One, he is mega into the Christian and Hebrew bibles, where as I am more into indigenous and folky shamanism and paganism. I’m eclectic in my spiritual and intuitive path, but I really don’t resonate all that much with traditional Abrahamic religions. I respect them and their sacredness but I have my own reasons why I don’t buy into being a member of them.

Also all the hype certain coaches and content producers place on him as an idol of the new thought and manifestation and I just don’t think he’s worth a lot of the worship he gets. I also think he’s really outdated as are his teachings.

I also don’t like his dogmatic followers, like the extreme ones. The ones who can’t read between the lines and deeper meanings into what he was saying. They take a nugget at super shallow surface levels and run with it and bully anyone that goes against it. For example the whole divination and the tarot is complete bull shit. Neville actually never specifically said that. He hinted that we can get to the natural point with our free will, to transcend being controlled by the cards, fates and so on; this is a well known truth and aim of occult traditions, that predate Neville Goddard.

Now I like Neville’s content in regards to the basics and his personal methods and experiences of how to truly understand and use the bible as well as how to manifest using the bible. But I’m not making an idol of him or a religion of his methods.

Thanks for reading and see you next time.
