You can have a break from looping your affirmations and focusing on your intentions etc. You can just unwind and chill out for a nap or a tv episode. It won’t ruin your manifestation up to now. No, it’ll be the needed break your body and nervous system is asking for.
You will know when your mind and body needs that break for the day or the night. Even if it’s just for a nap one Sunday afternoon.
I’m basing this on my own manifesting and writing experiences. When I have forced myself to work myself for hours a day to a strict work routine, while writing my novel, I just got burned out and couldn’t work the next week, especially at that time of the month.
Just assume that you are being called to have a break as your mind and manifestation is always working in your favour. Plus remember, there’s always movement.
I mean take a nap or a break as the person who is already in the end state, if you can manage it. If you can’t, then don’t worry. I always just assume that following my intuition to have that break is actually me living in / from the end. Why not assume, it’ll all add up and work in your favour.
In my experience, when I’ve stepped back, even just for an hour or two, had a nap or done a vision quest or something to kick back, ideas for my novel came thick and fast; and I felt able to just get back on my A game for my affirmations.
This was just a quick post to tell you, you’re doing ok. I’m on this journey with you and I suffer these times where I just need an evening watching Whose Line is it Anyway? (UK version) or 3rd Rock from the Sun (1990s) or a movie to recharge myself and get myself back on the game tomorrow.
