My current morning rituals when it comes to manifesting, focusing and affirming, is a working progress but is adapted to me and my life, and my manifestations at the current time.
It’s very simple and easy. It’s basically just a meditation and a visualisation session before or around an action planning for the day.
I do at the very least 15 minutes of meditation looping my affirmation(s), as if a mantra. Not out loud but in my mental voice or in my thinking mind. I do 15 minutes over all my affirmations, ie 7.5 minutes on each affirmation within the 15 minutes. Or I mostly do 15 minutes on each affirmation.
Then I take a goal or manifestation I’m not affirming for, but am focusing on, and do at leat 15 minutes doing a daydream and inner conversations styled visioneering on it.
In example, this current week I’ve been affirming “I am always successful” and “I earn £7,000 a month”; I’ve also been visualising x amount of subscribers, viewers, likes, et al on my blog and YouTube channel.
When I say this current week, I’m referring to this past Friday 7th July 23 to Friday 14th July 23 due to a mini experiment I’m doing for 7 days. I’m comparing constantly looping affirmations to just visualising once or twice a day for 7 days using the affirmations and focuses I’ve mentioned above.
I do my morning routine to coffee shop music and drinking coffee and just having a good chill time and making it a me time.
I do both affirming and visualising to change myself and my mindset and to recondition my autopilot mind, not to force a change in 3D.
I hope this blog was insightful and you have take aways from it. I will do more posts and content on how this ritual is going and how it really works or results for me.
Thanks for reading this and see you next time
